Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as an Analyst. The role will involve data analysis, report writing, research documentation, and supporting program development in the areas of climate change, environmental issues, and rural livelihoods. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in rural development or environmental initiatives, along with strong writing and MS Office skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis and assist in monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects.

• Prepare analytical reports, policy briefs, and case studies.

• Support research initiatives related to climate change, rural development, and environmental conservation.

• Maintain and manage data using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

• Coordinate with field teams to collect and validate information.

• Assist in proposal writing, donor reports, and knowledge documentation.

• Travel to project sites and rural areas for data collection and field assessments.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Rural Development, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field.

• Mandatory experience in rural development, climate change projects, or environmental programs (for experienced candidates).

• Strong writing and communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (data management, analysis, charts, etc.).

• Freshers with relevant academic background and strong analytical skills are welcome to apply.

• Willingness to travel to rural and remote field locations.
